Warning
1. Consequences for the Client in case of using the banking service or in case of the Client’s failure to fulfil the obligations arising from the Agreement for the provision of this banking service:
The Client undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions set out in the Banking Services Agreement and to independently monitor, familiarize himself/herself with, and unquestionably comply with any changes in the Ukrainian statutory instruments governing the use of the Current Account.
The Client is obliged to pay the bank’s fees for the provision of the services and execution of the current account transactions in accordance with the tariffs established and valid at the time when the service is delivered, or within another term, if the tariffs provide for it.
The Client is obliged, at the first request of the Bank, to provide the Bank with the documents and/or the information required for obtaining the relevant service in accordance with the Bank’s internal regulations and/or the applicable laws of Ukraine.
If the Client fails to fulfil the obligations stipulated by the Banking Services Agreement, the Client shall be held liable in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
2. The Bank is prohibited from requiring the Client to purchase any goods or services from the Bank or a person related to or associated with the Bank as a prerequisite for the provision of loan services (except for the provision of a banking package).
3. The Client has the right to opt-out of receiving any promotional materials sent via the remote communication channels.
4. Unless otherwise provided for in the agreement or by law, the Bank shall not be entitled to unilaterally amend the agreements, entered into with the Clients.
There is no commercial agent involved in this service and no promotional offer is currently available.
