How to redeem points?

To redeem points for a gift from the catalog
You can choose gifts from the catalog on the program’s website or in Sense SuperApp mobile app to redeem the points you’ve earned:
- Open Sense SuperApp app and choose Mastercard Bilshe
- Find Gift Catalog and choose a gift.
- Receive the gift delivered by Nova Poshta or download a certificate from your personal profile.
The gift catalog is constantly updated.

To get a refund for your online purchases over UAH 10,000
You can return the money spent on prior online purchases over UAH 10,000 to your card in exchange for points.

How to get a refund:
- Open Sense SuperApp app, select Mastercard Bilshe and check to see that you’ve earned at least 125,000 points.
- Select Pay with Points, swipe down, select a card and generate a statement for a period (maximum 3 months)
- Choose any online purchase over UAH 10,000 and click the Return button.
  
  Done. The money will be credited to your account within 3 days.
