Book a Meet & Greet service with Mastercard cards in just a few clicks via the handy Mastercard Travel Experiences digital app or at the website.

To take advantage of the offer for travelling from Kyiv:

Go to the app, select Kyiv, find Meet & Greet service at the Kyiv railway station and download the QR code.
At the Kyiv railway station, drive to the parking area near the UZ Lounge (to the left of the station’s central entrance), where the managers will meet you and help you unload your bags.
When entering the lounge, show the QR code from the Mastercard Travel Experiences app.
One cup of coffee or tea in the lounge is included in the service charge.
As soon as the train is ready for boarding, the manager will escort you through a separate passage to the train and help you with your luggage.

To take advantage of the offer for travelling to Kyiv:

Go to the app, select Kyiv, find Meet & Greet service at the Kyiv railway station and download the QR code.
As soon as the train arrives at the platform, the manager will meet you, help you with your bags and escort you to the lounge through a separate entrance.
When entering the lounge, show the QR code from the Mastercard Travel Experiences app.
One cup of coffee or tea in the lounge is included in the service charge.
When the car arrives at the parking area to pick you up, the manager will escort you and help you with your luggage.
The service includes free stay at the lounge for 1 hour. Each additional hour is charged at UAH 170.
The accompanying persons must receive a QR code from the Mastercard Travel Experiences app, no entry is possible without a QR code.
Pets are allowed in the lounge.
