Business lounges with Visa and DragonPass

Starting from October 1, 2024, the access program to the business lounges will be available regardless of the airline and ticket class.

With your VISA Infinite card, you can visit any of more than 1,200 top-class airport lounges worldwide.

To start using the service, download the Visa Airport Companion app from the AppStore or Play Market, or get an access via the Visa Concierge chatbot. The access to the lounges is granted only upon showing a QR-code from the mobile app or chatbot.

Terms of use:

To be eligible for free access to DragonPass business lounges, you need to make payments using your Visa Infinite card in the amount of UAH 20,000 within a month.

The cost of each visit that does not qualify for free access, as well as all guest visits, is USD 32 (the amount will be charged directly to your card account).

How to use the offer:

In the Visa Airport Companion app:

1. Download the app.
2. Register your premium card in the app. You can register several cards if necessary.
3. Find the lounge you want to access and click “Sign in”.
4. Click the “Membership” button in the menu, get a QR-code and show it to the administrator at the reception desk.

In the Visa Concierge chat-bot

1. Go to Visa Concierge.
2. Find the “Lounge” button in the main menu.
3. Check service availability for your card.
4. Click “Get” to receive the QR-code.
5. Show the QR-code to the lounge’s administrator.

! Please note that the QR-code is valid for 24 hours after it has been generated.
